Initiate Your Request
Log into your Hamrick's Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
